A title achieved by less than 6% of physical therapists in the U.S
Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) with Honors (2019)
This certification required years of learning and mastering hands-on treatment techniques and passing a week-long intensive exam. Only seven physical therapists in North Carolina have earned their CFMT.

My personal passions include being active through Crossfit and Olympic weight lifting, hiking, yoga, and pickleball. I’m on a quest to hike in every National Park. I have an artistic flair and love painting and hand lettering. My favorite days include dancing with other joyful humans, especially my nieces and nephew.
